To set up your insurance rental you will need the following information: 1.   Claim Number 2.   Date of loss 3.   Insurance name 4.   Adjuster name & phone number If you will be submitting a claim against your own insurance company, you will need to call your insurance agent or adjuster to find out how much, if any you are allowed per day on your policy for your car rental. The amount per day will vary depending on the insurance company and the policy you own. If some one hit your vehicle and you will be submitting a claim against his/her insurance carrier, you may have to wait for a full investigation to determine who is at fault. If it is deemed it is the other driver’s fault you will be entitled to drive a vehicle comparable to yours at the expense of the other party’s insurance carrier. The Billing Process The payment for your rental bill will vary based on the insurance company. While some insurance companies set up direct bills, other companies do not. Either way if the insurance company accepts liability you are entitled to a rental vehicle, and as a rental reimbursement you can pay the rental at the time of return and we will issue you and additional receipt for your bill reimbursement.
