Customer service representative:

Customer service representatives are in charge of daily rental functions including but not limited to; open Car Rental Contracts, provide rental quotes, & pick up and drop off customers. Provide courteous friendly and professional attitude to Horizon customers, fellow employees, and business associates.


Requirements:  
Position requires two years customer service experience preferably in the car rental business. Candidate must have a professional presentation and appearance, be customer service oriented with excellent verbal, and communications skills.


Manager Trainee:
The Manager Trainee is a management entry-level position designed to train for future management positions. The position includes but is not limited to, daily branch rental operations, daily business reports, rate management, vehicle utilization, weekly business marketing, loss prevention, and collections.


Requirements:
Position requires college degree preferably in business or marketing and/or two-year management experience in car rental business. Candidate must have a professional presentation and appearance, be customer service oriented with excellent verbal, and communications skills.
